Need a plan guaranteed to fail? Well, if you happen to be known as a particularly secretive group (or person, including politicians) you should absolutely follow the Church of Scientology's lead and announce you will be sharing the complete truth about you by creating an "open" forum that only lets you control the content. It might actually work ... but only if nobody looks at or cares about your secrets, which doesn't seem to be the case about almost any aspect of the COS.
