Sell It, Don't Tell It
How do you tell somebody something If someone -- the U.S. government, say -- makes you keep it a secret? That is the problem facing holders of 128 patents issued in 2007 and more than 5000 since the adoption of the U.S. Invention Secrecy Act of 1951. So,the question remains, how do you enforce your patent when you can't tell anybody about it?
